Conditions for return

Returns can only be made within seven days of receiving goods. 

You are entitled to return your goods if they are the wrong size, damaged, stained, the wrong version, or if items are missing. 

Goods may be returned if the external packaging is intact (including the filling and the box or envelope), if any attachments, tags, or labels are undamaged or not missing, and if the items is still in the original condition when sold on Taobao and acceptable for sale to another customer. 

The Return Form and invoice (if one was issued) must be completely filled out. 

For goods with attachments, all attachments must be included when the goods are returned. 

 

Goods cannot be returned under the following circumstances:

  • Goods have been stretched due to wearing or washed 
  • Goods have been altered or modified in any way 
  • The goods' tag or packaging has been damaged 
  • The reason for return or number of items to return has not been filled in on the Return Form.  
  • Return of goods was not applied for within seven days 
  • The goods were not authentic Babyghost products or there was no record of purchase 
  • The goods have been subject to a high volume of fraudulent returns 
 

退换货申请必须的要求

商品签收后7日内,超过时间不予退换。

商品存在质量问题或尺码不符,如破损、污渍、版型问题、商品缺失等。

商品的外包装完好无损(包括包裹填充物及外包装箱或外包装袋),商品附件、吊牌、标签等齐全,商品保持淘宝网出售时的原质原样,不影响二次销售。

退换货单齐全,如果已开发票的要求发票齐全。

所有带附件的商品退货时必须保证附件齐全。

 

BABYGHOST对以下情况的商品不提供退换货服务:

  • 已穿着变形或洗涤的商品;
  • 已修改等加工后的商品;
  • 商品吊牌、各种包装有缺损;
  • 没有在商品发货单上详细填写退货商品的退货原因、退货数量的商品;
  • 收到货物超过7天未提出退换货申请的商品;
  • 非BABYGHOST正规商品;没有购买记录的商品;
  • 有大量恶意退货现象的商品;

Return Procedures

 

After confirming that they would like to return goods, customers should first contact a customer service representative, after which they should fill out the necessary details on our official website's Returns page. 

Goods should be sent back together with a completed Return Form (photocopies are also acceptable). The invoice (if one was issued) should also be included. Returns that do not include an Inventory Form will not be processed. Please contact a customer service representative if you have misplaced your Inventory Form. Inventory Forms should include the customer name, member shop name, order code, reason for return, and no. of items for return. If you would like to replace any goods, please provide the delivery address and contact details.

We will be inspect returns as soon as possible after they arrive and contact you to confirm whether your return has been successful. Rest assured that a replacement will be issued or the funds returned to your account as soon as possible!  

 

退换货流程

顾客在确认需要提出退换货请求后,先与在线客服进行沟通,在沟通确认后通过官网店铺的退换货页面填写相应信息并提交确认;

将填写好的商品发货单(复印有效)与商品一同递回(若已开发票请务必将发票一同寄回)。未附有商品清单的,将不能办理换货。若商品清单丢失,请联系客服。清单上须填写顾客姓名、官网店铺会员名、订单编号、退换货原因和退换货数量等,如需换货还需填写回递地址及联系信息;

Goods purchased at Babyghost's online store may not be returned at brick and mortar Babyghost stores. Similarly, Babyghost's online store also doesn't process returns from brick and mortar stores.

在BABYGHOST网店购买的商品不能在BABYGHOST实体销售渠道进行退换货。同样,在BABYGHOST网店也不受理实体销售渠道进行退换货。
